Funding database - introduction

The touring artists funding database includes at the moment some 250 programs of public agencies, foundations, associations, businesses, etc. in Germany that promote the international mobility of artists. Additionally, it includes several European and international programs. The database focuses on both visual art and performing arts. To search for support within other disciplines, please have a look here.

The touring artists database consideres two directions of mobility:

  • programs for which artists and organizers residing in Germany may apply who want to work abroad temporarily
  • programs in Germany open to international applicants

The free search can be used to find individual countries or an institution, for example.

Despite careful research, this database does not claim to be exhaustive. The information on the individual programs is subject to change. We are grateful for any suggestions, additions, and corrections! Contact: info[at]touring-artists.info

You will find the touring artists funding data base here and a listing of other databases here.
