Short-term employment

Short-term employment is defined as an employment relationship limited to no more than three consecutive months (five working days a week) or 70 individual working days per calendar year. The employment relationship is not subject to social security contributions; the employer must obtain and submit proof of health insurance coverage. The amount earned is irrelevant. However, a time limit must be defined in advance or stipulated based on the nature of the employment relationship.
